I work for more than 15 years as a graphic designer and front end developer for small to medium-sized companies and institutions, which want to improve their visual identity and successfully market their products or services online.

I have a degree in graphic design and after finishing my studies I started my own design business. I worked as a freelance designer for several years for both advertising agencies as well as own customers. My usual tasks were brochure design, design of business stationery, logos and flyers and set up the files for printing.

I always grew with the expectations of my customers and started to develop websites in the late 90s. For technical implementation I use CMS (mainly Contao) for more than 10 years. Since then I have developed several successful websites for my customers.

Working languages

My working languages are german and english. Sometimes I voluntarily contribute translations for the english manual of the Contao extension MetaModels. And I also produce video tutorials.

Trivia

I have been living and working in Switzerland, Scotland and the Netherlands for several years. I like to cycle and I love MOOCs. If time permits, I like to blog about things that keep me busy in my daily routine as a web designer.

I love my work, because it combines both design and technology and I am happy about every new web, print or "both" project, that creates success for my clients.
